New Blog
As you may know, we returned to the airwaves in October as QBC International. Now we opened another blog for the new station and that can be found here. This old blog will remain here for historical purposes...

Now on 7615 kHz
We are testing on 7615 kHz in the next couple of days. We suspended our transmissions on 6985 in April, because the level of interference seemed to increase over there.

This Weekend on 7600 kHz
We are on 7600 kHz this weekend.
11.04.2012
Frequency Change (again)
BBC World Service extended its transmission time on 7600 kHz, so Lightning Radio leaves that frequency. Currently we are testing on 6985 kHz every day from 1200 UTC, but this frequency may change if necessary.
Also thanks for the many reception reports you sent us recently, all of them will be answered soon.

Lost Domain
Our domain has been taken, so we have to change. The new address is lightningradio.co.nr. At least, "co.nr" is a reliable service (by my experience).
